Our home is often referred to as “the brick house” in town or “The Christmas House” where family & friends often gather to take their holiday photos. We appreciate that this home has served as the backdrop for many people’s memories-in-the-making, so we keep her ready for her next cameo appearance.
The Ellis-Shivers House, an all brick structure built on a fieldstone foundation, was both retail space and a private residence for many years. Over the past decade it has become a fully private residence, with three generations living within the walls of both The Ellis-Shivers House and the attached Lippincott House. Having the entire property within our care has been a dream come true.
