The Carriage House is the workhorse of the property. With 8 exterior barn doors and one rear door into the woodworking shop, this space has housed it all. From antique cars to antique sleighs, this expansive space has experienced many iterations over the years. Between 2022-2024, all three surrounding exterior areas were completely cleared and turned into flower and vegetable gardens. In 2024 the front gravel parking pad was replaced with an antique brick apron in keeping with the rest of the property. A blacktop driveway was added in 2025 which greatly improves the property’s functionality and charm.

Oh, and don’t be surprised if you notice Santa using the Carriage House as his Reindeer Stables during the holidays!
